Let us help your event “shine” today!
Our offerings include wrap platters, individually labeled bagged lunches, acai bowls and mini acai bowls, large salads and more. We kindly ask 48 hours notice on catering orders and look forward to speaking with you about how we can cater to your special event.
Wrap platters:
Sol Bean is famous for our wrap platters for anything from corporate luncheons to backyard bridal showers.
You can order any amount of wraps for us to offer on a platter.
Platters will be charged by menu price x quantity.
The wrap options we offer for catering orders are the following:
- Jive Turkey – turkey, garlic aioli, avocado, tomato, onion, jack cheese, artisan greens
- Tuna Luna – tuna salad (contains gluten), tomato, carrot, jack cheese, relish, artisan greens
- Nutty Cran – chicken salad, craisins, walnuts, apples, spinach
- Chicken Basico – chicken salad, tomato, carrot, artisan greens
- Humazing – hummus, tomato, onion, carrot, broccoli, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts
- Housemade Falafel – falafel, hummus, avocado, artisanal greens, cucumber, tomato, onion, zesty vegan
- Ole – black bean mix, tomato, onion, avocado, jack cheese, artisan greens
All wraps can be made on their choice of plain, wheat, spinach, or a gluten free wrap
Additional Catering Info:
We ask that if people have allergies that they call us to discuss their options.
We also can offer a large format garden express salad for $50. This could be a side salad option for 20-25 people.

Flax Bars, Chips, Protein Balls, or Cookies from AJ King
Beverages:
We can provide our hibiscus punch or ginger turmeric fresca in 5 gallon Cambro containers for $40 each.
Additional Offerings:
• We offer bagged lunches for your office or event with each person’s item chosen ahead of time.
• These bagged lunches can include a sandwich, wrap, or a grain bowl with options to add-on a beverage, mini-acai bowl and a cookie, flax bar or protein ball.
• You can choose from a selection of our bottled beverages to include with the lunches.
• We have helped cater unique events such as gatherings at yoga studios or fitness centers where we provide a “build your own grain bowl” experience.
• Some guests have enjoyed ordering trays of smoothies or a large order of mini or regular sized acai bowls to deliver to an office, hospital or school. These are always well received and fan favorites.
Our catering is primarily “pick-up” based.
